How are Maguly products quality-tested?
Every Maguly product is manufactured in GMP-certified, FDA-registered US facilities with strict quality controls for purity, potency, and the absence of contaminants.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Our Magnesium Glycinate, Sleep Support, and Creatine Hydration Powder are all non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free. See each product’s label for full ingredient details.
How long before I notice results?
Magnesium and sleep support supplements often show noticeable improvements within 1–2 weeks of consistent use. Creatine benefits typically peak after a 3–4 week loading period with daily use. Individual results vary.
Can I take multiple Maguly products together?
Many customers combine our products. However, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you take medications or have a health condition.
Orders & Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed same day. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is free on orders over $50. Expedited options available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to food safety regulations, all supplement sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@maguly.com and we will make it right.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Email support@maguly.com with your order number and a photo of what you received and we’ll send the correct item at no charge.
