Domestic Shipping (United States)

Maguly ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Express Shipping Rates

Express shipping is calculated by the weight of your order:

Up to 0.5 lbs	$9.00
0.51 – 0.75 lbs	$11.00
0.76 – 1 lb	$11.50
1.01 – 2 lbs	$16.00
2.01 – 3 lbs	$18.50
Each additional lb over 3 lbs	+$4.00

The exact express shipping rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Delivered

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, and alternate delivery locations. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. If still unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at support@maguly.com.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and product to support@maguly.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Maguly is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. To request an address correction before shipment, contact us immediately at support@maguly.com.
