Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is prepared, it will move immediately into the shipping queue.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand, processing may extend slightly, but we work hard to keep all orders moving quickly.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you for the correct address and arrange re-shipment.
