2. Products & Supplement Disclaimer

Maguly sells dietary supplements intended for healthy adults 18 years of age and older. All products are manufactured in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities in the United States.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking prescription medications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We sell only within the United States.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or if an error occurred in product pricing or description.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our sole discretion. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order ships.

7. Returns & Refunds

All supplement sales are final due to FDA food safety regulations. Exceptions are described in our Refund Policy and Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Maguly is committed to product safety. If you experience an adverse reaction to any Maguly product, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. To report an adverse event, contact us at support@maguly.com. Serious adverse events (hospitalization, disability, or life-threatening reactions) should also be reported to the FDA at MedWatch.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maguly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
