Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Products

Due to FDA food safety regulations governing dietary supplements, all Maguly supplement sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened supplement products for resale once they have left our facility, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of returned items.

We understand this is different from typical retail policies. It is a strict requirement under federal food safety law, and it exists to protect every customer — including you.

When We Will Make It Right

Although we do not accept returns, we will issue a full replacement or store credit in the following situations:

Damaged in transit — Your order arrived with visible packaging or product damage.
Wrong item received — You received a product different from what you ordered.
Defective product — The product is defective or the safety seal was broken upon arrival.
Expired product — The product was at or near expiration upon delivery (less than 60 days remaining).

How to Report a Problem

To report one of the issues above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
Describe what happened in a few sentences

Our team will respond within 1 business day and arrange a replacement shipment or store credit at no cost to you. You do not need to ship anything back.

What We Cannot Cover

Returns based on personal preference or taste
Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
Damage caused after delivery
Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, email support@maguly.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
