We stand behind the quality and reliability of our choking-rescue device. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order — for any reason.

Eligibility for Refunds

To receive a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be returned with all parts included (device, mask, packaging, etc.).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@maguly.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us.

  4. Once received, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider (processing delays may occur).

  3. If you still need help, email us at support@maguly.com and we will assist immediately.

Exchanges

If your device arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
