Our Policy
All Maguly supplement sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or personal preference. This is required under FDA food safety regulations governing dietary supplements, which prohibit us from reselling returned products.
Eligible Refund & Replacement Situations
We will issue a full replacement or store credit if your order meets one of the following conditions:

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email support@maguly.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence of the problem.
- Our team will review and respond within 1 business day.
- Approved replacements are shipped within 2–3 business days. Store credit is applied to your account immediately.
You do not need to return the product.
Refund Processing
When a monetary refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you a confirmation email when the refund is processed on our end.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.
